Every piece is 100% handmade by me in my studio. I work from a clump of clay, which is shaped either on the pottery wheel or from a slab. After I achieve the desired form, each dish must air dry for several days and then goes through at least two high temperature firings in a kiln between 1800F and 2200F. Other steps include the application of glaze color and decal decorations.

Hand built from frosty white porcelain clay with an uneven rim and intentional fissures. The hand formed mushroom and the rim are highlighted with 22karat real gold glaze.
About 5″ by 3″ wide and 2.5″ high. Food safe glaze. Hand wash recommended to avoid damage and discoloration.
Due to the nature of handmade pottery and glaze, expect slight imperfections in the appearance of each unique piece. Made in California, USA.
