It can take up to 2 weeks to show mycelium growth depending on the strain you are growing. Some strains are fast while others are slower to show first growth.
These are made to order and cannot be returned. All sales are final. BRF jars can be used to grow just about any type of mushroom. Some strains can take up to two weeks before mycelium growth starts so be patient
Tip: If mycelium starts to grow and suddenly stalls it means that area of the jar contains no oxygen for the mycelium to grow. Simply turn the jars upsidedown for a day and the mycelium will continue to grow. If jars appear dry they are not, the substrate compresses itself into a cake as the jars cool. Fully colonized cakes should be hydrated in cold water for 6-8 hours. Always flame needle after every injection.
