When using the magnetic mechanism, it holds 6 oz of liquid. Need a larger brew? Simply disable the magnet by flipping up the switch, fill water above the tea leaves, and use it as a regular infuser—this way, you can brew up to 20 oz at once.
The stainless steel strainer keeps leaking. How do I fix it?
The strainer is detachable and adjustable:
Rotate the strainer clockwise to tighten it, if leaks persist, remove the strainer by turning it counterclockwise, check for trapped tea leaves or debris, then reattach it firmly.
There’s a silicone tube attached to the bottom of the inner chamber. Should I remove it?
Yes! That silicone tube is a shipping protector—it stops the magnetic locking mechanism from rattling during transit. Once you receive the teapot, gently peel it off and discard it.
